I would give them 6 stars if I could. We had to do a huge move - 5 bedroom house, 5 kids, countless boxes of household and personal belongings and a home office with a very fragile and expensive equipment. What was going to be a super intense and stressful day actually was a very structured and positive experience.
Rapid Removals used 4 vans and 7 men on the job. They all turned up on time cutting the minute. Each and every member of their team was friendly and polite and worked diligently and efficiently for nearly 12 hours!! Not only they had to move all the items and boxes but also had to disassemble and then put everything back together the other end so we can have beds and wardrobes. They wrapped all the expensive items in an impressive, safe and professional way, having sometimes up to 6 men carefully handling each piece of our fragile, heavy and very expensive equipment and NONE of it was either damaged or broken. Well done and thank you Rapid Removals!!! Would recommend for any (professional or household) move.
I, in turn, would now like to recommend Rapid Removals as an extremely efficient and very much a hands-on company to deal with.
From my first phone call to book them to help with my move, Lindsay has been on top of everything. Each of my emails were answered almost immediately - everything was explained extremely clearly and most importantly dealing with her gave me the necessary confidence that all would be as promised on the moving day, which it was.
A totally stress-free experience - I hope that all at Big Yellow Wapping continue to pass on this company's details to all who ask them for removal help. I am so very pleased they recommended Rapid Removals to me. If necessary, I would certainly use them again and would certainly recommend them to friends and family.
All went well. Your guys were excellent and well organised. There are the run of the mill removal companies and then there is Rapid Removals. True professionals. What a breath of fresh air. Wish I knew about your company before. I will certainly be telling anyone moving home about your company, from yourselves on the frontline to the removal guys. You could certainly teach the other so call removal companies a thing or two. Rapid Removals you come highly recommended 10/10. Moving home is stressful enough as it is, but with your company it was a breeze. Can’t praise you enough.

Rapid Removals did a great job at the weekend, moving a considerable amount of boxed material for me on Saturday and in fact did the job on time, on budget and with great good humour. Half a day well spent. On this basis I will shortly be using them again to move some material from my current space to my new address. Not all recommendations work, this one did! Much appreciated.
I had my unit emptied today by Rapid Removals who were recommended to me Big Yellow. We have used them twice now, to move in and out of storage. I am just getting in touch to let you know how outstanding they have been. Highly professional and clearly expert in what they do. We really felt our belongings were in excellent hands (often not the case with removals companies), honest and trustworthy, incredibly fast and efficient, and also absolutely lovely to deal with. I would definitely use them again. I have used removals companies a lot and they have been by far the best. So many thanks to Big Yellow for the recommendation, it was very much appreciated but also a note to support your further collaboration with them. They are definitely a fantastic find. Best wishes.
I forgot to say, thank you so much for arranging for my recent removal and for the photo showing all my stuff safely in storage. Your guys as ever were professional and a pleasure to deal with. I shall no doubt be in touch next month when I need my stuff moving again (but not to Scotland this time)!

I just say that the guys were amazing!! It was a lot more than we anticipated, but they missioned through like troopers with nothing seeming like too much trouble. We aren’t planning another move for many years, hopefully, but would definitely use again and highly recommend! Thanks again for your help.

Everything went super smoothly! The team were very nice and diligent. It was a great, stress-free experience from start to finish as they not only reassembled my bed and sliding door wardrobes but also unpacked all my kitchen items and boxes of books and disposed of an old table. Both Johnny and Chip were excellent. It was a challenging move but they were professional with moving all the boxes/bags including the harder/trickier furniture placements and assembling the bed etc. I was very happy with the service.

Stephen asked me to supervise the move as he is transitioning from a long trip with his family. Stephen and I go some quarter of a century back and regard each other as brothers. I'd like to thank you all again. The move was fantastic. Despite some parking troubles, they managed to carry out the move quickly and efficiently. I had been a bit stressed about it, but they did a great job. I don't know if I mentioned, but today's move is temporary. My flat is being refurbished and I will be moving back on 6-8 weeks. Obviously, I will use you guys again, and would be delighted to have the same team if they are available. When I know the date I can move back, I will be in contact.
Yes, the move went very well, the guys were very good and communicated well. When it came to the new place we had a new wooden floor laid so they took their shoes off before entering and asked where everything should go. Thumbs up from this side.

The move went so amazingly smooth given the complicated schedule I sent. Everything went perfectly, so pleased that I found the right team the first time. Their attitude was exemplary. I have two more bookings that I need to make at this property, and I would like to book the same team again. Next week, I will organise the packing of all the personal items and prepare the flat to the bare essentials to sell it. I will then make the booking. The final will be when the flat is sold. We were so worried beforehand about our move as we had a huge sofa that we had to get down 3 flights of stairs but your guys worked their magic and were able to bring it downstairs without any problems. I called Rapid Removals a week before I was moving from London to Glasgow. Even though it was a last-minute booking they were able to fit us in and gave a very competitive quote. The two men who moved us were careful and loaded up the van quickly and with great expertise. Once in Glasgow, all our belongings were unloaded with ease even though there were many stairs involved!
