We offer removals and collections throughout London and the U.K
There is a 2 hour minimum charge for London Postcodes. In some locations a 3 hour minimum charge applies. After 2 hours, rates are charged in half hour increments.
Extra fuel charges apply for postcodes outside London
Extra payment of £8 required if travelling through the congestion charge area.
We charge £10 extra per floor for stairs eg 1st floor no lift to ground floor = £10 extra in total, not per hour.
Parking must be arranged and is the responsibility of the customer. Any parking fines must be paid by the customer to the driver on completion of the job.
Debit or Credit card details are not required to secure a booking. Payments will be processed on completion of the move. We accept cash and company cheques as means of payment. We also accept personal cheques from repeat clients.
Although we do our best to be on time, circumstances out of our control may cause delays.
We require a minimum of 24 hrs notice to cancel a move. Cancellations within 24 hrs of the move start time will incur a £50 fee.
We have Goods In Transit Insurance up to £5000 but its the customers responsibility to make sure any fragile/valuable items are bubblewrapped, boxed and labelled clearly.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure extra insurance is arranged if you have any valuable antiques etc. Our vans all come with blankets and straps for extra support if required. |
